The CSPOA is raising money which will be used to meet the following objectives:
- Create the CSPOA advisory board from concerned citizens and officers across this country
- Bring the board together from across the nation to determine further actions and policies of the CSPOA
- Raise $100,000 to bring sheriffs and peace officers to Las Vegas to get the program up and running
- Create a system to educate sheriffs and peace officers nationwide on the authority and responsibilities of their offices
- Create a system to evaluate sheriffs and create an online directory of 'vetted' candidates who understand, follow, uphold and obey the U.S. and state constitutions, maintaining our individual freedoms and liberty.
It is imperative that we educate all elected officials and the people they serve on the duties and authority of the sheriff to protect the people from all enemies, both foreign and domestic. Sheriffs have the authority and duty to stop state and federal enforcement of laws repugnant to the constitutions. After all, they did take an oath to do so!
Levels of Membership:
- General member - Open to all concerned citizens. Your primary functions will be to help organize and support educational events in your area such as bringing Sheriff Mack to educate your citizenry, sheriff's office, police departments, etc.
- Constitutional Sheriff - Your name will be listed on this site in recognition of your dedication to keeping your oath of office
- Constitutional Peace Officer - Your name will be listed on this site in recognition of your dedication to keeping your oath of office
- Other Constitutional Public Official - our name will be listed on this site in recognition of your dedication to keeping your oath of office or supporting the constitution
- Board of Directors - Select sheriffs, public officials and a few others will be invited to serve on the board. Here is our current Board of Directors. If you have a great desire to serve and feel you have special talents that warrant you a place on the Board of Directors, please send us a private email.

DONATIONS are NOT REQUIRED to join, and there are no membership dues. We ask that you give what you can, according to your circumstance and your belief in the potential success of this movement. If you are not able to contribute much financially, there are many other ways you can help, listed on the Contributors page.

We feel strongly that education is the only way that we the people can win the war against home-grown terrorists and take this country back. The sheriff is the highest elected official in the county and in this country, with the ultimate authority to stop this insanity. Our County Sheriff IS our LAST LINE OF DEFENSE!
